VENUE TOURS

Yes! Head to our contact page and tell us about your event. Our friendly event staff will happily book you a free property tour. We’ll show you our indoor and outdoor spaces, and answer any questions you have about pricing and availability.

Of course! You’re welcome to bring whomever you like. That said, we do have a wonderful in-house event planning team who would be happy to assist you!

Yes. To secure your booking date, we require a deposit and a signed contract.

We accept payment via check and all major credit cards.

If you need to cancel your event, please know that your deposit is non-refundable.

Although we do have a preferred vendors list, we’re not exclusive. We are open to working with all vendors so long as they carry the required licenses and insurance for their service. Additionally, we will allow you to bring in your own food, providing you agree to our liability release.

Yes. We charge a standard cleaning fee. This is included in your booking fee.

Our venue is subject to the noise ordinances from the town of Gilbert. As such, we are required to stop all noise (DJ, bands, entertainment) at 10:00 PM. Here is a link to learn more about the TOG noise ordinance.

We do. Our team of friendly, caring, and attentive event staff will happily assist you on the day-of your wedding. We’ll help you with setup, trash cleanup, tear down, and more.

No, but you may have a sparkler exit on the patio area with prior approval.

Yes, you will need liability insurance for all event types. This can be purchased through our website.

We do not have a set policy in place at this time. However, we can help you source additional insurance that can cover the cost of an event cancellation.

Yes. We offer a convenient space for you and your bridal party to get relax and get ready for your big day.

Our outdoor venue can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Yes. Please let us know ahead of time, and we can store your cake in our on-site refrigerator.
